At Carpet Centre, we want you to be completely satisfied with your flooring choice, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all standard-sized rugs and unopened accessories. Please note that custom-cut carpets and bespoke flooring solutions are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or phone within 30 days of delivery to receive your Return Authorization Number and a pre-paid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the carpet is clean and rolled tightly in its original protective plastic packaging or an equivalent heavy-duty wrap to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Dispatch the Item

  Affix the provided return label to the exterior of the package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or schedule a home collection for oversized items.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the carpet's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
